El Altet airport records a new passenger record for the fourth consecutive month, reaching 1.2 million passengers in July of this year. This information was facilitated by airport sources, which counted the increase of travelers in relation to 2013 by 2.3 percent.
The number of air operations also increased by 3.1 percent, reaching a total of 8300 flights, also increasing national traffic by 17%, which translates into an increase of 4 points more than last summer. Nearly 122,000 passengers traveled on domestic commercial flights in July to or from Alicante airport.
189/5000 The most loyal customers are the British, who increased their trips to our coast compared to last July. They are followed by the Norwegians, the Germans, the Swedes, the Dutch and the Belgians.
